Owned products / Real production work

Three live products. Three different systems built for real use.

I build owned products to learn what a polished mock-up cannot show: how interfaces, data, operations, automation and reliability meet after launch.

01 / Mobile and web challenge product

03 / Football data platform

Across the work

The product decisions continue below the interface.

These projects cover different audiences and subject matter, but they share the same responsibility: make the visible experience and the production system support each other.

Research and structure

Turn an idea, audience and constraint into a product with clear page and workflow responsibility.

Interaction design

Design responsive journeys, feedback, states and edge cases rather than static screens alone.

Application architecture

Build Laravel systems, data models, permissions and operational boundaries that can evolve.

Data workflows

Handle imports, enrichment, search, queues, schedules and frequently changing information.

Localisation

Treat language, routes and fallback behaviour as part of the product architecture.

Production operations

Deploy safely, observe live behaviour and improve the system without pretending launch is the end.

Need this level of ownership for your own product?

Start with the outcome, the people involved and the current constraint. The right project boundary can be defined from there.
