Using the website

You may use the public website for lawful personal or business research and to contact By Stanislav about a genuine project.

Project estimates are not quotations

The result is based on the selections, pricing version and assumptions shown at the time. It cannot capture every technical dependency, content requirement, third-party limitation or existing-system problem.

Final scope, price, delivery timing, responsibilities and payment terms are confirmed separately in writing after the project has been reviewed.

No contract is formed and no payment is taken merely because you use the calculator, save an estimate or send an enquiry.

Estimate validity and changes

A saved estimate normally remains current for 14 days from creation. An expired estimate remains visible as a historical snapshot and is not silently recalculated.

Prices, service boundaries and availability may change. A new calculation may therefore differ from an earlier saved estimate.

Third-party and additional costs

Unless explicitly stated in an agreed scope, project estimates do not automatically include third-party licences, paid fonts, stock media, domains, hosting, payment-provider charges, external APIs, messaging services, app-store fees or ongoing usage costs.

Applicable taxes, if any, are confirmed before work begins. The website does not claim a tax or VAT status that has not been stated in an agreed proposal.

Starting paid work

Paid work begins only after the required scope, commercial terms and next step have been accepted in writing. A separate proposal, statement of work, invoice or service agreement may add to or replace relevant parts of these website terms for that project.
