Contact By Stanislav ↗Information you choose to provide
When you send a project enquiry, the website may collect your name, email address, optional company or organisation, selected project type, optional budget range, message and the page from which the enquiry was submitted.
When you intentionally submit a calculator estimate, the website also stores the project selections, calculated range, delivery range, pricing version, review flags and related timestamps. That estimate may be linked to the contact enquiry you submit with it.
Do not include passwords, payment-card details, confidential access credentials or information that is not needed to discuss the project.

The hosting and application infrastructure may process ordinary request and security information, such as an IP address, browser or device details, requested pages, timestamps and error or security events. This information is used to operate, protect and troubleshoot the website.
Browser storage and essential cookies
The website uses essential session and security mechanisms required for forms, administration and normal operation. It also uses local browser storage to remember your Light, Dark or Auto theme preference and to preserve non-personal calculator progress after a refresh.
The calculator is designed not to place your name, email address or message in local storage.
No advertising cookies or behavioural tracking tools are currently used. If non-essential analytics or marketing tools are introduced later, this notice and the consent experience will be updated before they are enabled.

Who may process the information
Information may be processed by the hosting, infrastructure, database, security or email providers required to operate the website and respond to an enquiry. Access should be limited to what is necessary for the service being provided.

Records connected to agreed work may be retained for the period reasonably required for delivery, support, accounting, tax, dispute handling and other legal obligations.
Operational and security logs are normally retained for a shorter period according to infrastructure and security needs.
Information should be deleted or anonymised when it is no longer reasonably needed.

Use the contact form to make a request. Enough information may be required to confirm your identity before information is disclosed or changed.
